Product Line Description

CETCO offers the widest assortment of high quality bentonite products to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. CETCO® and PUREGOLD® grouts and sealants provide for the grouting of newly constructed wells and of the decommissioning of abandoned wells and boreholes.

In addition to traditional grouts and sealants, CETCO offers specialty grouts for Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) Systems - GEOTHERMAL GROUT and Utility & Telecommunications grounding - GROUNDING GROUT.

PRODUCT	DESCRIPTION
ACCU-VIS®/BELLE CRUMBLES™	ACCU-VIS®/BELLE CRUMBLES™ blends a granular bentonite with a quick activating liquid polymer to form a slurry that provides an economical way to seal and grout boreholes, well casings, and earthen structures. Once set, the slurry forms a complete grout seal with low permeability.
CETCO® COARSE CHIPS	Bentonite chips used as an interface between gravel pack and grout column, to decommission geotechnical boreholes and abandoned wells. CETCO COARSE CHIPS are screened to 3/8” to 3/4” size.
CETCO® COATED TABLETS	Bentonite tablets covered with water-soluble coating that allows them to reach discrete depths within the annulus. Compressed into 1/4” and 3/8” diameters.
CETCO® CRUMBLES	Granular bentonite designed for a variety of sealing applications (i.e. sealing casings, controlling loss of circulation, etc.). 8-20 Mesh granular bentonite.
CETCO® GRANULAR GROUT	20% solids, polymer-free, single-component bentonite grout that allows placement in a low viscosity state.

CETCO® ONE GEOTHERMAL GROUT™	CETCO ONE GEOTHERMAL GROUT is a thermally conductive bentonite grout that does not require the addition of silica sand or other thermally conductive materials for enhanced thermal conductivity. Mixed with water only this pumpable grout achieves a 0.80 Btu/hr/ft/F (1.38 W/Mk) thermal conductivity.
CETCO® TABLETS	Bentonite tablets used for sealing the annulus of waterwells and monitoring wells. Compressed into 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2” diameters.
C/S GRANULAR™	Granular bentonite designed for a variety of sealing applications (i.e. sealing casings, controlling loss of circulation, etc.). 30-50 Mesh granular bentonite.
GEOTHERMAL GROUT™	A specially blended high solids bentonite that can be mixed with sand in a two-part thermally conductive grouting material. GEOTHERMAL GROUT can be mixed to meet a range of thermal conductivity from 0.40 to 1.00 Btu/hr/ft/F.
GROUNDING GROUT™	A high-solids, single-component, organic bentonite grout. GROUNDING GROUT is specially formulated to provide a conductive seal around grounding rods.
HIGH TC GEOTHERMAL GROUT™	HIGH TC GEOTHERMAL GROUT is a specially blended high solids bentonite that can be mixed with sand in a two-part, thermally conductive grouting material to improve the performance of ground source heat loop applications. HIGH TC GEOTHERMAL GROUT is an easy pumping grout that has been carefully developed to efficiently suspend solids (silica sand) for enhanced thermal conductivity. HIGH TC GEOTHERMAL GROUT can be mixed to meet a range of thermal conductivity (TC) from 0.40 to 1.21 Btu/hr/ft/F.
PUREGOLD® GROUT	30% solids, organic-free, single-component bentonite grout engineered to form a contaminant resistant seal without affecting groundwater chemistry.
PUREGOLD® MEDIUM CHIPS	Bentonite chips used as an interface between gravel pack and grout column, to decommission geotechnical boreholes and abandoned wells. PUREGOLD MEDIUM CHIPS are screened to 1/4” to 3/8” size.
