The Easy Roller is a patented system designed to improve the productivity of geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) installations.
The system is comprised of the following:
Easy Roller Attachment consists of two counter-rotating rollers that cradle the GCL and allow for rapid, accurate deployment. Hydraulic side shift and roll tensioning capabilities ensure accurate overlap placement and easy wrinkle removal. Reverse operation feature enables the rewinding of GCL rolls. A hydraulic top link allows tilt motion of the Easy Roller System.
Easy Roller Tractor easily connects to the attachment with six (6) hydraulic lines and a three (3) point hitch unit. Our Tractor Guidelines includes tractor specification criteria as well as a sampling of tractors available that are capable of operating the Easy Roller attachment.
Heavy Duty Stinger Bar designed specifically to mount on a Calterpillar All Terrain, Extendable Boom Forklift with a Balderson quick connect style attachment system.
Proper Job-Site Technique is essential to increased production rates. Keeping the machinery consistently moving with material stockpile areas nearby is the key to installing up to 45,000 square feet of GCL per hour. GCL rolls are staggered beginning at 15 to 20 feet from the installation work area. This allows the forklift operator to always load the rolls nearest to the Easy Roller equipment.

The equipment can be delivered to any project location in the Continental United States.
Monthly, weekly and daily rentals are available. Proof of Insurance, Valid Lease Contract, and Credit Approval are required prior to delivery.
