Exceptional waterproofing technology

For foundation installations, AQUADRAIN® protects from water penetration while providing more predictable drainage than aggregate. Its three-dimensional core structure makes it functional for both horizontal and vertical water flow, while its geotextile filter fabric holds soil particles yet still allows high-volume passage of water through the drainage core.

How it does it

The AQUADRAIN® system employs a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric covering either a high strength HDPE geonet core for high compressive strength properties with low to moderate flow, or covering a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core that provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes.

AQUADRAIN® is available in series of varying flow rates and compressive strengths to meet the requirements of any site:

  • AQUADRAIN® 10X
    A two-part prefabricated sheet drain consisting of a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core covered with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric bonded to one side. The formed dimple core provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes. Its polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® 15X
    A two-part prefabricated sheet drain composite consisting of a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core covered with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric on one side. The formed dimple core provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes. Its polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® 15XP
    A three-part prefabricated sheet drain composite consisting of a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core covered with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric bonded to one-side and a polymeric film bonded to the other. The formed-dimple core provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes.
  • AQUADRAIN® 18H
    A two-part prefabricated sheet drain consisting of a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core covered with a heavy 8-oz. nonwoven polypropylene filter fabric on one side. The formed dimple core provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes. The polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® 20H
    A two-part prefabricated sheet drain consisting of a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core covered with a woven polypropylene filter fabric bonded to one-side. The formed dimple core provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes. The filter fabric allows water or other liquids to pass into the drainage core while restricting the passage of soil particles. The filter fabric is bonded to each dimple to minimize fabric intrusion into the core resulting from backfill pressure. The polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® 30H
    A two-part prefabricated sheet drain composite consisting of a three-dimensional polypropylene formed dimple core covered with a woven polypropylene filter fabric bonded to one side. The formed-dimple core provides compressive strength and collects water for flow to drainage discharge pipes. Its polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® G10
    A two-part prefabricated drainage composite consists of a high strength HDPE geonet core with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric bonded to one side. AQUADRAIN G10 is designed for horizontal and vertical applications requiring a high compressive strength core with exceptional fabric strength properties. Its polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® G20
    A two-part prefabricated drainage composite consists of a high strength HDPE geonet core with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric bonded to both sides. AQUADRAIN G20 is designed for horizontal and vertical applications requiring very high compressive strength with low to moderate flow properties. Its polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® GS25
    A three-part prefabricated drainage and protection composite consisting of a high strength HDPE geonet core with nonwoven polypropylene filter fabrics bonded to both sides. AQUADRAIN G25 is designed for horizontal and vertical applications requiring very high compressive strength properties with low to moderate flow properties. Its polypropylene core resists chemical attack and degradation in soil.
  • AQUADRAIN® 100BD
    A two-part prefabricated drainage composite consisting of a 300 mm (12”) high by 25 mm (1”) thick, 3-dimensional polystyrene core which is wrapped with a heavy 6-oz. non-woven polypropylene filter fabric.
